This Privacy Policy explains how Ready With Sheri ("we", "us", "our") collects, uses, stores and discloses your personal information when you visit this website, book a call with us, or subscribe to our emails. We handle personal information in accordance with the Australian Privacy Principles set out in the Privacy Act 1988 (Cth).

Information we collect

• Information you give us. Your name, email address, phone number, country or time zone, and the answers you provide in our booking or enquiry forms.
• Information collected automatically. Device and browser type, approximate location derived from your IP address, referring URL, pages viewed, time on page, and interactions such as video plays and button clicks.
• Communications. Records of emails, messages and calls between you and us, including notes taken during a breakthrough call.

We do not knowingly collect information from anyone under 18 years of age.

How we use your information

• To schedule, confirm, deliver and follow up on your free breakthrough call.
• To send you the resources, emails and offers you have asked for, and to tell you about our programs. You can unsubscribe at any time using the link in any email.
• To operate, secure and improve this website and our marketing, including measuring which ads and pages lead to bookings.
• To meet our legal, accounting and record-keeping obligations.

Cookies, pixels and analytics

This website uses cookies and similar technologies, including the Meta (Facebook) pixel, to understand how visitors use the site and to measure and improve our advertising. Who we share information with

We do not sell your personal information. We share it only with service providers who help us run our business, and only so far as they need it to provide their service to us. These include:

• Scheduling, CRM and email marketing platforms used to book calls and send our emails.

• Payment processors, if you go on to purchase a program.

Your information is stored in the systems of the providers listed above, protected by access controls and encryption in transit. How long we keep it

We keep your personal information for as long as we need it for the purposes described above, and afterwards only where we are required to keep it by law. If you ask us to delete your information, we will do so unless we are required to retain it.

You can ask us to access the personal information we hold about you, correct it if it is wrong, stop sending you marketing emails, or delete your information. Health and medical information

Ready With Sheri provides coaching, not medical, psychological or dietetic treatment. Anything you share with us about your eating, weight or wellbeing is treated as sensitive information and is used only to support your coaching. If you need medical or mental health care, please speak with a qualified health professional.
